He's throwing the current players under the bus and apparently wants a bunch of bad arse no nonsense guys but when they're obviously buying them not sure that approach will work.

Those dick heads from 24/7 pre-recorded the post commitment pod and had it recorded for Florida lol

Gonna look like Jimbo. He's a Cuban Orgeron.

Dead arse accurate. When you're quite literally outbidding other schools for players this is what you'll get. They are coming to your school on their terms.
This obviously won't be the case for every player. The vast majority will go through the process and have more factors in their decision than "who pays the most?" but when you're bidding for these guys like Miami and like A&M this is what you're going to get.

The recruitment of elite talent is all about money these days. Miami plays to empty crowds, has shitty facilites and the program has sucked arse for years. They are not a better choice than Florida.

Such idiots lol. This one smelled like a “shock the world” ever since those crystal balls came rolling in.

Mario will need top 3 classes every year to have a consistently strong program.

just want the gators to go on record for all these recruits that were suppose to be taking them to the top.... so far its a big strikeout!

It sucks to lose him but I don’t think it’s THAT major of a loss for Napier. UF already has a strong CB class this year including 4 dudes who are playing in all star games. Surprising…yes. Devastating toward the class…no.
If anything, this again shows the power of NIL in todays sport and how things on the field don’t matter as much anymore.

Good. Keep these guys out of the sec. Bama usually gets these type of south Florida kids.
He's not from S..Florida, he's from Gator country (central FL).

after sleeping on it, i kind of agree.
cormani mcclain - 6'2 165 lbs (miami commit)
dijon johnson - 6'2 190 lbs (florida commit)
jakeem jackson - 6'1 180 lbs (florida commit)
sharif dension - 5'11.5 170 lbs (florida commit)
aj harris - 6'2 180 lbs (georgia commit)
daniel harris - 6'2 175 lbs (georgia commit)
justyn rhett - 6'1 195 lbs (georgia commit)
chris peal - 6'0 175 lbs (georgia commit)
jahlil hurley - 6'2 170 (bama commit)
cormani isn't "SEC" size and i doubt he ever would be. however, i could be just grasping at straws to cope.

He claimed he never pushed for Napier the day after the Florida game.

I saw his size and it threw up a red flag for me, too. He's rated pretty highly, so maybe he can cover really well. I would cringe every time he had to go up for run support, though.

I mean don’t get me wrong it sucks to lose elite talent to a rival but Florida has a solid corner class already so it’s not devastating. Florida losing on the 2024 5 star QB they’re favored for would be devastating not necessarily this.

i don't put much faith in "long time gator fans" that are 5*s in other states coming to florida to be honest.
ruiz will probably swoop in last second again and take him.

Why on earth would any good player choose Miami?
Posted on 11/4/22 at 7:22 pm to Phillytiger9
Yeah I Think Cormani thought surely I can start there this weekend.

Miami is a clown show. Currently getting dog walked by FSU in front of like 10,000 people.
I don’t understand how any of these idiot kids get suckered into playing for them. They’re saying no to SEC schools, that will still pay then handsomely, to go play for a joke program who doesn’t even have their own stadium. Just sad…Mario is a great snake salesman.

Well why did these kids choose College Station over Athens, Baton Rouge, Tuscaloosa? It’s honestly some bit desperation, some foolishness, and density. There’s no true long term thought with some. Cristobal will have Miami as a perennial 8 win squad in a mid ACC. I personally believe Florida will be relevant in a few years and he’s going to regret the decision but let him go enjoy the Miami “fan base” and mediocre coaching.
