Prolly a PAC or something. You get into a grey area with what they can and cannot do in terms of pushing a candidate. The general idea is "we support ideas and initiatives, not candidates."
Loosely tied to the citizen's united thing. They can promote ideas and shite but it can't be a separate entity and promote one candidate in a race like this. If they could do that then technically it would make absolutely zero sense to have campaign finance laws.

I think he will. Jay's gonna want a lefty in there somewhere. Evans is nailed on for a spot. Moore is definitely in the rotation.

Riverside got my girlfriend in college. Middle of the summer, there was hardly anyone else even at the apartment complex. We go to get her car and they explain the whole cash only/exact change thing. Dude wrote the price down and I told him we'd go to an atm.
Came back maybe 15 minutes later. It was now past midnight and they tried to add an additional $50 or so for an "overnight storage charge".

The MAGA crowd screamed for the Epstein shite for years. Acting like it's no big deal or a hoax or whatever is hilarious.
That said, Massie is milking the shite out of this. I usually like him but Jesus Christ he's beating it to death. If something would actually come of it I'm game but nothing will happen.
It Bondi isn't gonna do anything then honestly it doesn't matter. The left had a shot. The right had a shot. Nobody is doing anything about it. I hate it, it's dumb, people should be held accountable...but they won't.

Had to be Bilva too. He's past it for a Pep squad at this point but my god his hatred for them cracks me up. Dude played his arse off. Nice to win away too. It's been a minute outside of the COVID year.

It was absolutely stupid, but again, what did he do with the gun? Have it without his ID on him? If that is the standard to kill someone now then we're gonna have some fun if a dem gets in office.

Sorry but he did. To start with he was not carrying a legal weapon. He had no ID nor his permit.
Not having a permit isn't threatening behavior.

e them butts into a law enforcement operation carrying a firearm and did not inform the LEO's that he was armed. Hes not carrying ID nor a permit, and hes carrying a large number of rounds for his weapon., Sounds to me like he was up to no good.
So we're fine with government regulations now. Cool.

Don't be pedantic. He never threatened anyone with it. Sure, he had it. Having a gun doesn't give carte blanche to kill someone.
quote:
I'm just telling you that he was not legally carrying once he decided to interfere with a law enforcement operation.
What is the punishment here? They removed the gun. HE did not pull the trigger on it. LEO should've said he was disarmed. There were like 6 guys on him.
It was retarded, but he didn't really threaten anyone here.

Your responsibilities when you CC go up, not down. You have a responsibility to conduct yourself in a proper, responsible manner when you carry a firearm. Intentionally arming yourself and injecting yourself into a situation where you act out and act aggressively is not conducting yourself in a responsible manner. I don’t give a single flying frick how many CC permits he had or if God himself signed them, he repeatedly acted like a damn deranged lunatic on multiple occasions. He was on a path to get himself shot and killed whether it was last week or 6 weeks from now.
I agree until the last sentence. He did nothing with the gun. Videos (SO FAR haven't shown him using it or even pulling it. Looks like the ICE guy got it from him and it worst case it was a POS Sig misfiring.
I get the ICE officer POV. Hear gunshot, neutralize threat. He shouldn't have brought it. He shouldn't have been there. Those 2 facts don't mean he should've been shot 5 times as he's on the ground.

Was he illegally protesting when he spat on officers, kicked their car, and interfered with operations?
2 out of 3 happened in a prior incident. Again, gun not used.
quote:
If you say yes to this then you agree he was illegally carrying a fire arm, it is illegal to carry a fire arm while you are committing a crime.
I'll concede he had a gun that day while interjecting himself in the situation. That being said, he had a gun. Nothing you said involved the gun. We still aren't even sure he had it on him when he got shot. If there's some new video out there where he actually pulls the gun then OK, I'm wrong.
quote:
Now if you think you should be able to carry a gun while you are committing crimes, then you disagree, but thats not the law.
This is such a pedantic take. He didn't even use it.

I'm gonna need you to define "illegal protest" and define what he did with the gun that was outside of the law.
They were both idiots. Rittenhouse, as a 17 year old, had zero business rolling up in a riot with a rifle. It was stupid. Legal, but stupid. He acted in self-defense but he shouldn't have even needed to because he was 17 fricking years old and shouldn't have been there. He was found innocent, which I 100% agree with, but if my son ended up in that kind of situation I'd lose my shite.

But you can, unless you want disregard the "shall not be infringed" part.
If you want to argue there should be restrictions on firearms then go for it, but you're wrong.
What law did he break using the gun? It was purchased legally. He never brandished. He never used it assault someone. It wasn't a no-gun zone. He didn't use it to intimidate or threaten someone.
He had it on his person and ICE removed it. Was it a shitty gun capable of random discharge? Maybe. Did he shoot it? No, best video I've seen shows it discharging it well after the agent removed it. Even if it did though, he didn't deserve to die.

re: Has Anyone Used D'Addario NYXL Strings?

I tried them. Same gauges as my usual XLs. Zero noticeable difference on my Strat.
That said, I built a stupid Epi 335 in 2018. Rio Grande Texas BBQ humbuckers, Gotohs, strap locks, bone nut, upgraded bridge. I spent probably twice as much on the upgrades as I did the guitar itself. I do feel they play marginally better and hold tuning a little tighter. IDK if it is worth the money difference. I'm a bedroom guy that occasionally plays with friends and has done a fill-in spot a couple of times.

Curiously, you didn’t quote the last sentence. I believe you wear the red nose here, bozo.
The admin has been dancing around it ever since this went down.
They can't say, "OH HE HAD A GUN, WE HAD THE RIGHT TO SHOOT HIM!" then when it comes out he literally just had a gun and never wielded it say, "well he had it on him!"
The guy was a shite stirrer for sure, but from the video I've seen he never brandished it. An ICE officer may have been holding it when it went off. Regardless, unless he was brandishing it against agents, he didn't deserve to die. I'd say the exact same thing if this scenario was the same on the hallowed holiday of January 6th.
He shouldn't have been there. He shouldn't have been involved. He fricked around and died. Same thing as Rittenhouse, but he got the short end of the stick.
