Haven’t been paying much attention. Has Trask opted out or something?

Don’t Georgia this up, Florida.

Forget about the early season loss/losses. OU is playing great ball the 2nd half of the year. The defense is better than last year's and they have an explosive offense.

Anyone else getting Deja Vu?

UF's stud receiver that caught all the passes in the SEC game is out, right? Him and some others.

OU has a lot of underclassmen that I'm sure are very juiced to be playing in this game. And they knew they had no shot to play in the playoff before September ended.

UF is probably disappointed they're in this bowl when they had a path to the playoff with only 3 games left. Still, says a lot about the program's state if your fans are disappointed because you're playing in your third NY6 bowl in 3 years

No surprise being that Florida's top 4 pass catchers and a bunch of others are out for the game. I kind of wish Trask would have opted out too. He put it all out there vs Bama and you could tell he was banged up.
I don't think I could take seeing him get injured at this point.

Florida is a team that relies on passing and are probably the best at it in america. Their 4 top receivers are out. Okie will probably kick their asses.

Pitts, Toney, and Grimes are opting out. Copeland has Covid.

It is a great opportunity to see what we have for next year at WR and TE.

Shorter is probably the #1 WR target. Gamble and Zipperer are both mismatches at TE, just not all world like Pitts.

Probably going to see if OU's LBs can cover wheel routes.

Maybe more Emory Jones at QB in the run game.

That's what happens when you lose to LSU.

Not to mention we usually handle our business in bowl games. The Texas Sugar Bowl was an outlier.

Among teams who have played 40+ bowl games, only Alabama, USC, Penn St, and FSU have a better winning % than Georgia.

A&M has a .463 winning % in 41 bowl games.

I believe only Bama has more bowl victories as well.

OU is missing three really good players to Tre Brown is our best cb and the star of the Big 12 champ game. Backup running back and we now out as welll. Not the same issues Florida has but enough for me to worry a bit. Trask can still throw . If Florida has good backups this will be a close one. If not OU will cover

Be happy you get the B squad

I wonder if my Oklahoma girlfriend will be there? We went down to Miami a few days early for the 08 championship game. There was a young Oklahoma couple staying on the same floor. A couple of times in the elevator she lifted her skirt to show her Oklahoma panties......I tried to get MrsSpiderdog to shave her bush and put one of those Gator face stickers in a convenient location and return the favor but she wouldn't do it.

UF was favored by 3. Then, their top FOUR receivers opted out. Now the okies are favored.
