2006, Auburn lost to Wisconsin 24-10 (Cap 1), can still hear the Bama fans screaming Badger, Badger, Badger....

1996, PSU killed us 43-14 (Outback), the field was terrible as the game was played in a downpour, lost our best player in the first qt (Steven Davis).. Had to be the worse Auburn bowl game ever.

Easy there chief, you have finished 3rd and 4th in the division with arguably the best QB in program history.

The VaTech loss whenever that was. Louisville loss was bad too. VaTech game was a total disaster beginning to end.

96 PSU was just brutal. They not only smoked AU, but they punished them physically. It was tough to watch.

Shheesh ... vs Connecticut. :::: sighhhhh ::::

That one almost got Spurrier fired, or made him resign, depending upon which story you prefer.

That Iowa skullfricking the year before was pretty miserable too, but i agree, uconn was the worst.

I guess the WVU loss in the Music city bowl in 2000. Its the only bowl loss in the last 20 years. We were getting beat pretty badly and then they put in this random FR kid, I think his last name was Manning, in the 4th qtr and we started a come back. Just waited too long to make the change at QB and we couldnt overcome the deficit.

That VT bowl game was played in pretty terrible weather IIRC.

The score could have been much worse, Mike Vick redshirted that year. I don't even want to think about how bad the score would have been if he had played.

Yeah, the Music City Bowl loss to VT was horrible. Of course, Dubose was our coach.

I agree with the Papa Johns farce against UConn as our worst bowl, but if I had to choose our worst half of a bowl game it would be the 2nd half of the Independence Bowl against Missouri; choked a 14 point lead at halftime to lose by a TD.

More than 20 years but the 1991 Fiesta Bowl. We got beat by Louisville 34-7.
