That’s a ridiculous take. She continues to own mulkey head to head at lsu. She’s definitely not chasing her
She is still chasing Mulkey’s resume, but she is unequivocally a better coach than present day Mulkey.
It’s fine to not like her because of her personality and because she continues to beat LSU, but to try and shortchange Staley as strictly a basketball coach is hilariously stupid.

Normally I’d agree, but that UCLA team was fairly average.
Well that’s a terrible take

Kent state can rake.
They should've been a tournament team last year even though they choked in the MAC Tournament.
Went 23-7 in conference to win the regular season title and were one of the better offensive teams in the country.

The one that Eyanson played at.
quote:
The crowd is always full at the slam dunk contest.
It was full during the dunk contest.
That picture was taken during the dunk contest trophy presentation... 10 minutes after the dunk contest, the final event of the night, ended. Everyone was leaving, just like people leave sporting events once the final out is made or the clock hits zero and don't stay en masse for whatever the postgame festivities are.
And the NBA didn't put those LED lights there for All Star Weekend. The brand new Intuit Dome has always had those.
The NBA product as a whole is lame as frick right now and the dunk contest is usually fricking dreadful, but what you're doing here is hella disingenuous to make that point.

No, UC San Diego is an ok mid-major team and UCLA won the series.
Also, the rankings are the most meaningless thing about the sport. They are all over the place depending on which ranking you go off of and they have zero bearing on what the selection committee does when they seed the field in May.

Owners don't sell franchises because the team sucks guys.
AA fistpumping in his North Port office right now knowing that he can blame a second straight missed postseason on injuries and not his lack of improving the roster.

Holy hell that was touched
Probably the fastest velo some of these Milwaukee guys have seen in their life.

I think what he's saying is LSU has a lot more pitching this year it's just you don't have 2 sure fire 1+2s when it comes to starters. To be fair though, Eyanson got considerably better as the season went on and LSU had the best duo starters in the country. Something like that might eventually develop but right now we don't have that on the mound this year yet.
And Shores looked like a lost cause midway through last season only to become our shutdown arm from the regionals through the final out in Omaha.

Find any decent high school team in BR, they will have a better pitcher than this trash can.

That's two ABs where York just missed a grand slam.
Just under it last AB and out in front this AB.

Shortest one I can think of is Jason Detterman. He was 5’10”
How tall was Collin Strall?

9Ks for Schmidt. He looked much better that inning. Does he come back out for inning 5?
Doubt it, considering he's at like 85 pitches. No reason to push his pitchcount this early
quote:
Roster had him listed as 5’8”,
He's 5'8 just like Zach Yorke is 295
Whoever is running the pitch counter just stopped like 8 pitches ago.

The good news is that Schmidt's fastball velo hasn't dropped at all despite being over 75 pitches.

He was like a a quarter of an inch under that breaking ball. Otherwise, it's a 430 ft grand slam.
