Would you be bitching if they went to Corvallis or Pullman instead?

No, those were and could be Power 5. Temple had one or two good year when they had Rhule. Scheduling that game makes no sense.

Philly is without a doubt one of my favorite cities. Seriously. Hope their players get to see some historical sites while they are there.

I'm glad LSU is not playing at Temple. But the worst two trips ever were Ole Miss to Wyoming and A&M to ULALA in Lafayette.

Personally, I am tired of the constant badgering of our SEC teams that used to be Big12/SWC or wherever. No school is getting kicked out of the SEC nor will any leave (assuming their collective brains work!)

OU was a great add. Historically one of the best programs in college football. Mizzou deserves all the shite they get. They schedule a candy arse OOC schedule every single year. Name another SEC team that would go on the road to fricking UMASS.

Temple was also P5 at one point and this isn’t 2021, Oregon St. and Washington St. don’t have P5 talent anymore. Oregon St is 0-2 and Washington St. is out there barely beating Idaho, so it’s not a far stretch to say that Temple is roughly equal in talent to them.

Plus, well, Philadelphia isn't Montana State in terms of locations.

I’ve actually vacationed in Bozeman. Never thought about Philly.

Go back to the Big 12 and take Mizzou with you. They pull the same shite from time to time.

You might want to think a bit before you start a thread about scheduling...that is if you have the capacity to understand OU's dilemma in moving to OUR beloved conference.

I know it must be hard for you, but try not to be a total idiot. The Sooners, whom I hate but respect as a fan, just played Michigan in their OOC schedule and aren't playing one of their patsies at home. They should get credit for that, not ridicule, especially because their SEC schedule might be the most difficult in the conference.

Post better.

100% agree with this post.

Oklahoma should be congratulated not ridiculed. It’s also a unique, enjoyable location for their alumni and fans to enjoy that isn’t the norm.

Both Bozeman and Philly are great places to visit, for vastly different reasons. I just can't do cheese wiz.

While a bit surprising, I understand the need since the conference expansion bit UGA in the arse too.

A 2 for 1 against a team like Temple, UNLV, Tulane, Rice, UNT, or USF at that city's NFL stadium isn't a bad deal. Depending on the arrangement with the stadium, I bet the G5 home team would make more money from that game than playing another G5 team at their usual home stadium, and it gives fans an opportunity to travel to a new city.

I'd much rather do this than one of the kick off games at a neutral site.

There are cheesesteak places in Philly that do real cheese. You don’t have to go to Geno’s or Pat’s.
