Offer to roster the players if they were deemed eligible? Maybe he thought he’d be able to play them for a few games, say 5, until and if their TRO was overturned. That’s worked out for member schools in the past with zero repercussions.

What was the rationale for the selected venue? How did the players get referred to the chosen counsel? Whats the funding arrangement for the attorneys?

Not from 2022 on probably when NIL and TP took over. I'll watch it but I don't get excited about it anymore like I did before.

Again you're speculating. The attorneys and agents already stated LSU wasn't part of the lawsuit. The players said under oath LSU was not the reason for the Lawsuit. So you can continue speculating and trying to make things fit your narrative but you are not speaking factually.
