Sharpening Magnacut blade

I have a Benchmade Osbourne and really like it as an EDC. The only think that doesn’t exceed expectations is the blade retention.
I guess with all the hype around Magnacut I oversold myself on blade retention.
I use one of the manual precision adjust work sharp sharpeners where you can set the blade angle. Mine is set about 21 degrees. Hair-popping sharp when I’m done.
Do I just need to adjust my expectations of an EDC blade holding its sharpness longer than 3 months, change the angle, or something else?

I finally got a Benchmade after wanting one for years. About 6 months ago, I could not find the thing. Knew I had it earlier in the day. Looked everywhere, traced my steps everything. Finally got to the point of looking into the trash. Pulled the first bag out…. My knife was clipped to the outside of the bag.
When I threw the bag in it must have drug over my pocket and caught the clip. Very close to ending up in the landfill.

It’s a model, a prediction, an educated guess using available info. I’m sure you understand this, but just deciding to be an arse.
Could it be wrong, sure. LSU or OM COULD win by 70… it’s possible. If he came in with that info, sure, criticize it to hell. But it is a good discussion point.

Offer to roster the players if they were deemed eligible? Maybe he thought he’d be able to play them for a few games, say 5, until and if their TRO was overturned. That’s worked out for member schools in the past with zero repercussions.

But lane didn’t even do anything… it was an issue between the players and the NCAA that this SEC inserted itself into.
