You expanded the conference with 2 middle class b12 schools...and those schools have erased Arkansas to the tune of 12-1. That plus a motorcycle ride have neutered your program.

He is going to improve Arky but you have to patient. He needs his qb his son...... he needs wrs tes. Arkansas offense was brought back to the Stone Age with big fat arse. You are talent depleted for his scheme. This is a 4-5 year rebuild.

If I'm not mistaken, Arky is 13-46 in SEC play since MU/aTm joined.
So that is 1-12 against MU/aTm (.077).
12-34 against the rest of the SEC (.26%).
No doubt everybody is beating up on Arky, but the old big 12 teams are curb stomping them. So, there you go

Very astute posting in this thread Mule. This hire was not too good but the next hire better be out of the park or it’s gonna be a decade of trouble, if it already isn’t now. If you fired him after next year that’s a six year turn around with even an excellent hire and a top 15 recruiting class in the second or third year. It’s a darn bad position to be in and most of us have all experienced it

Our skill position players are actually the best part of the team. It’s the defense and OL play that is awful along with inconsistent QB play.

That’d be great if he had shown any improvement whatsoever, but we are worse than last year. His class is falling apart(our top commits have decomitted) and he is having players announcing they are transferring(Devin Bush and Devon McClure) with more to come. If we keep him on we will never recover. He is trash and in way over his head. He won’t ever improve.

The only way we get out of it is firing him after the season. His recruiting class is falling apart and he has lost the locker room. We have to hit a home run on a up and comer because that is the only type of coach that can fix this. Bill Clark is the best option as he rebuilt UAB from ashes, because of that, there is no way out PTB hire him because they are stupid as shite.
So in reality we are fricked football wise.

They got two amazing QB prospects and solidified the lines.

No he’s not. His offensive system is garbage and play calling is a dumpster fire.
You can tell in year 2 if a coach has something going and we are getting worse.
