Absolutely. Lazy coach, inept players at certain positions. At the least, players not willing to put forth a top notch effort, which equates to the same result. I am aware of several farmers that have let go most of their current help and are hiring the newly arriving S Afrikaaners. They have told me it has been a godsend to have them come aboard in their operations. It’s a win win for both parties. I am sure they will find a welcoming environment here.
