Dont know what happened, but she could've easily lied just as he could've done it. It sucks that women possess that power. I can imagine him calling her a "hoe arse bitch" or some insult she didn't like. Then she gets mad and calls the cops.

She didn’t lie….. he probably admitted it which is why he got arrested ….it doesn’t matter what she did to him … he should of called the police he took matters into his own hands …. Stop taking up for this arse whipe just because he went to Texas .

That is one of the worst statements from an attorney I have ever read
He starts the entire thing with blaming the women for getting beaten, and it’s almost an afterthought at the end where he says “oh yeh, he didn’t do it”
Not to mention the fact the lawyer actually sets the motive on why he actually would want to choke her
