Absolutely, because coaches in this era like to coast off of branding and because he has an ego to think he is basically Saban II.

He would, but Alabama wouldn't offer to him in a million years. DeBoer is a better head coach than Kiffin and has the resume to back it up.

I don't know, just depends on how much he reveres the brand.
I think anyone who is being honest would say that Alabama won't give him the level of control he has at LSU and they aren't going to spend more than LSU is spending on player acquisitions, so from a resource standpoint, he doesn't really gain anything.
