You aren't a fan of his, but I definitely don't think he deserves to be on this kind of list.
He's the worst starting offensive tackle I have seen come through Auburn. He was consistently beat off the line, overpowered, looked lost in pass protection, etc... He was, overall, terrible... He just doesn't get as much notoriety because Jake Holland and Neiko Thorpe played a lot more through their careers.

I still don't know how AJ Greene even won the right tackle starting spot over Brandon Moseley in 2010. Brandon Moseley ended up being a 4th round pick and he was clearly more talented.

Andrew Baggett

Braylon Webb another full season of him in 2014

Christian Brinsor (might not be spelled right but DGAF) the guy can't punt we could find a better one in the NFL punt, kick competition with 14 year olds)

Hard to argue with Foster or Capps for Bama.
Likewise, Thorpe or Holland for AU.

Dream matchup would have been Capps blocking
the blitzing Holland. I could envision CC putting
the old turnstile move on JH as he ran by and
following up by pushing Holland in the back right
on top of poor old Brodie.

Absolutely, Welter's better than Hatcher was. I shudder to remember.

Kestahn Moore seemed like the dude fumbled on every important drive that we had late in a game. Was terrible at pass protection to.

The worst RB in the NFL is still one of the best RB's in world.

Hey look at the bright side, we never had to wash his uniform. Serious question, how the hell did he get injured?

Capps was worse than Foster just because he was on the field so much more.

A kicker is a specialist and it's not uncommon to find yourself with one that isn't very good.

As I said before, Foster was exceptionally terrible his entire career but he was able to fly under the radar most of the time because the placekicker usually only matters in close games. If you're winning or losing by a ton, who cares if your FG kicker sucks. Alabama was lucky not to play many close games during his tenure. Then when that occasional close game rolled around and the kicker mattered, people were quite baffled how such a great team could have such a god awful player in such an important position.

I'll see your Jake Holland and raise you one Chris Capps.

I can't lie it would be a hard fought battle. But the homer in me has got to give the trophy to Holland.

People forgot how god awful Jarrett Lee was at first because he showed some improvement towards the end of his career.

It must have been quite traumatic to be starting a QB and be 100% positive he was gonna throw a pick 6 or two every game.

When analysts talk about losing starters, Jake Holland graduating should be considered as a +3.

Really? Brantley threw for 4,750 yards 30 TDs and 18 INTs in 4 years. Driskel has thrown for 2,271 yards, 14 TDs and 10 INTs in 3 years. Not only is it close, my money is on Driskel to finish his career with worse stats.

Agreed. He had stone hands and I will forever remember the block he missed against Arkansas, leading to Mario Fannin getting stuck by Jericho Nelson.

Stats don't tell the whole story. Driskel has sucked, don't disagree with you on that. But Brantley cemented his status in a 10-7 home loss vs. Miss. State that will forever be burned into my memory. Go and watch the last drive in that game, and get back to me.

Bradley Sowel. After we lost to USC that year we were ranked top 10 he told reporters he was glad we lost.
