Won’t say what took me down that rabbit hole since it might give a clue, but I was kinda shocked if I’m honest.
And, no, JFF is like me. Too old.

Smith and Henry
Everyone else went first round - most top five minus Lamar.

Charlie Ward went undrafted.
Ty Detmer went in like the 9th or 10th. - when they had more rounds.
Doug Flutie was in the 11th, but that doesn’t really count because he was going to USFL.
Edit: I see you said last 10 years so these wouldn’t apply. So it’s Sanders and Henry.
There was some concern with Henry and the miles he already had on him - but they were all wrong.

Smith was a top 10 pick. I'd forgotten about Jackson's slip, so I'd guess Henry and Jackson.

There have been quite a few undrafted over the years. I think Jason White was the last

Really thought the saints moved up in the draft to take him but got Marcus Davenport instead. Who knows how history would have changed after that epic 2017 draft class.

Henry had 600 carries in college and that’s it. Didn’t have a lot of miles on him to be honest. Actually only 2.04 miles. Zeke Elliott actually had more miles and went 4th that year. Had nothing to do with his amount of miles so don’t make crap up. The biggest thing was his size that scared people off.

Charlie Ward was a 1st round NBA pick, playing 11 years in the league.
Makes sense no one wasted a draft pick on him.

If I remember correctly he straight up told everyone nfl was off the table before the draft, said he saw a longer career opportunity in the nba.

Doesn't look like I'm making shite up:

NEGATIVES
The Alabama workload was not easy, and already NFL teams are talking quietly about head coach Nick Saban running his players into the ground in pursuit of national titles. The belief is that this leaves players beat up upon entering the NFL and would explain Alabama pro players' early injury issues. In the last two games prior to the College Football Playoff, Henry carried the rock 90 times, which is an unbelievable number in a day and age of spread offenses. With 395 carries on the year, Henry led the nation.

Here's the draft, up to Henry, from that year:
Jared Goff
Carson Wentz
Joey Bosa
Ezekiel Elliott
Jalen Ramsey
Ronnie Stanley
DeForest Buckner
Jack Conklin
Leonard Floyd
Eli Apple
Vernon Hargreaves III
Sheldon Rankins
Laremy Tunsil
Karl Joseph
Corey Coleman
Taylor Decker
Keanu Neal
Ryan Kelly
Shaq Lawson
Darron Lee
Will Fuller
Josh Doctson
Laquon Treadwell
William Jackson III
Artie Burns
Paxton Lynch
Kenny Clark
Joshua Garnett
Robert Nkemdiche
Vernon Butler
Germain Ifedi
Emmanuel Ogbah
Kevin Dodd
Jaylon Smith
Hunter Henry
Myles Jack
Chris Jones
Xavien Howard
Noah Spence
Sterling Shepard
Reggie Ragland
Kamalei Correa
Austin Johnson
Jihad Ward
Derrick Henry
Honestly, it's a pretty good draft. You don't reach a player without multiple Pro-Bowls and other awards until Leonard Floyd at 9th (who has a Super Bowl ring and contributed quite a bit to the Rams for that ring). Eli Apple, at the 10th pick, is the first that could be considered a "bust".

10 years:
Derrick Henry (2nd round, 45th overall)
Lamar Jackson (1st round, 32nd overall)
Smith was drafted in 2007, after the 10 year window that OP references.
The lowest in the Bowl Coalition and after era would be Gino Toretta (7th round, 192nd overall) - Ty Detmer misses that by 1 year, or otherwise he would be the lowest.

Ward said he wouldn't play football if he wasn't drafted in the first round.
If you think owners don't like being given ultimatums like that now, they were way worse back then. Also most owners/GMs likely knew he was going to the NBA so why waste your pick on a guy who is really indicating he doesn't want to play football.

Yes I know Ward only wanted to play in the NBA and was never going to play football. But the question was lowest drafted. I just noted that he wasn't drafted.

No offense. Just adding some context. His public preferences/demands before the draft were such an outlier. He wasn't a 1st rounder but he definitely would get draft if he wasn't so good at basketball. He basically took his name off the board.

I'm not looking it up but I seem to remember there was also a lot of talk about all the carries he got in high school in addition to what he had at Bama.
