And how much did they change from Mid-January 2018?

There are two moments of LSU’s seasons the last 5 years where they are most happy.

One is the “turning point” of the offseason.

The other is beating A&M

9 wins or so. Ceiling would be 10. Floor around 7.

A few of their toss up games may become wins now, really depends on how Burrow plays.

If Burrow is as good as advertised...I think we will be undefeated going into the Georgia game. That game will determine if we finish 11-1, 10-2, or 9-3. MSU is perfectly set up to be a trap game. If we're 9-2 going into A&M, I think we will get the win to finish 10-2.

Miami (FL) (Win)
Southeastern (Win)
at Auburn (Win)
Louisiana Tech (Win)
Ole Miss (Win)
at Florida (Win)
Georgia (?)
Mississippi St (win)
Alabama (?)
at Arkansas (Win)
Rice (Win)
at Texas A&M (Toss Up)

It would be interesting to list the top five moments in LSU Football over the last five years. I’d say it’s:

1. Players giving Les a ride off the field on their shoulders after beating aTm in ‘15.
2. Beating AU in ‘17.
3. Firing Les in ‘16.
4. Guice getting a bunch of yards against OM in ‘17.
5. Beating Louisville and Heisman winner in a bowl game.

Yep. You are right. Hard to argue.

Wrong. That’s not even really that fun anymore. It’s so expected.

Much more happy moments are derived from wins against one of our more competitive rivals (Auburn, UF, Ole Miss, etc.).

I think LSU probably loses at Auburn. Early in season and at their place. I don't think A&M is a toss up. It doesn't matter who their coach is. Saban would have a hard time winning more than 8 games there. LSU could slip up on Georgia or Alabama. Most likely Georgia at home. However, someone else will probably slip up on them. Especially, as tough as the schedule is. So, a hopeful 9-3 for me (with Burrow).

Anyone posting this is joking.

LSU has a brutal schedule. The consensus seems to be that LSU will now win 2-3 more games than previously expected. For some, that means 10 wins, for others that means 8 wins.

Im just not high on Auburn this year. Kerryon (SEC OPOY) is gone. WRs Hastings and Stove tore their ACLs in the spring. Catching them early will work in our favor.
