It is hard to figure out what is scarier. Will Wade’s single sweet sixteen appearance in five seasons at LSU. His 4-7 record against Alabama. The single time he took LSU to a top 25 final ranking. His zero top 10 finishes. Hard to decide what is scarier.

No, unlike you, little boy diddler. I did not come from a family of child molestors.

As opposed to 0 tourney appearances the last 4 years, i'll take the guy who consistently gets us to the tournament over never getting there

As opposed to 0-6 with his successor

I feel like most coaches allude that they are staying put, even tho they end up elsewhere.
Nick Saban did this to LSU

As a LSU, I never thought Wade would return to LSU. They gave up on him.

You boys seem to be watching this carefully ...

Well, it's the only SEC job that MAY come open. We still don't know if LSU actually has the funds to do it after the program had to pay a historical buyout and historical salary. Nobody else is going to be firing their coach. The only other school was South Carolina, but they came out and said they are retaining their HC.

I welcome it. Oats vs. Wade was about to turn up a notch before Woodward went full retard and decided to burn the LSU program to the ground. Has to be the dumbest SOB to ever run an athletic department. Now both Oats and Wade are friends. He's talked about how he was very thankful to Oats for scheduling a game with McNeese when he was having a hard time getting big schools to schedule them.

Now that he's gone and I've witnessed (for a few years) what your program really looks like, I fully understand why your fans praised the hell out of Wade's accomplishments at LSU.

It's his passion for the job that captivated most of us. We had two coaches to that previously that coached games like they were in church. You couldn't even tell if they enjoyed being the coach at LSU. Wade fought for his players, his university and it's fans. One thing about LSU fans, you show us real love and we know that it's genuine, we will love you and back you forever (as long as you're a decent coach).

The energy/passion level between him and McMahon are not even in the same universe. Seems like every time I see McMahon, he looks lost and shows zero emotion.

The two before Wade were even more bland in that sense. Johnny Jones would actually looked confused when he looked out on the court.
