It’s not a Will Wade problem at this point, it’s an LSU athletics problem

LSU football is a better job than Ole Miss football

LSU hired a coach from Ole Miss

LSU had a great recruiting class after hiring said coach

What is the problem? Should we not hire the best coach available because of "feelings"?

You spent some time on that. It didn’t accomplish anything. But it kept you occupied.

Not half as long as you've spent typing out massive multi-paragraph rants over Cajuns and your own strawman arguments this morning.

What I love about this is that people kept calling Lane selfish for going to what he considered a better job. But, why did those people want him to stay at Ole MIss? It was to benefit what THEY wanted and I guess that isn't seen as selfish.

There's numerous coaches long before Wade who fit in this category.

The fact that you were not able to refute anything in my cajun post has been noted.

Brother, you're baffled by the simple things in life. You can't even decide if you think non-P4 college basketball is actually "college basketball" or not.

Trying to discuss more complex issues would only serve to confuse you more.

And I can completely understand Ole Miss fans feeling this way. They're obviously biased and those kind of things suck.

What are all these other folks doing mental gymnastics over though?

Yep, weren’t able to refute a single point.

None of it makes any sense with Kiffin or Wade, but I fricking love the hate. I do completely agree with your point on Ole MIss too though. That is completely understandable and I've said many times that if I was an Ole Miss fan, I would want LSU to lose every game it ever plays in any sport going forward.

There's probably some worry that Kiffin will put it all together at LSU, with Wade though, it's kind of odd.

I don't follow basketball but I know he was successful by LSU standards. I don't see him making LSU some national power or anything. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hell, I'm down with that and I'm not an Ole Miss fan. I can't hate them like most State fans because my wife went there.

Both Kiffin and Wade are all potential right now IMO. I don't know if there is a wrong or right answer yet. We just need to see how all of this is going to play out. To be honest, Kiffin and Wade could be fine, but if LSU can't follow through with this gigantic monetary commitment, it won't matter how good they are. We will be fricked.

I agree. Kiffin needs to get some positive momentum to keep the money flowing for sure.

At least Bediako was an Alabama player. I don’t agree with Oats trying to get him back. The upside was not worth all the hassle, plus Alabama was better without him. But I can see a coach going to bat for a former player who left early for the draft and it didn’t work out.

Wade went on a shopping spree in foreign pro-leagues to fill out his roster.

Yeah and it's awesome, for someone who supports Alabama openly in an LSU message board, I would think you would appreciate these alpha dog moves, but Alabama supporters are beta so checks out

I do know one thing, Tom Izzo has built a lot more equity in college basketball than Will Wade. If it comes down to Izzo vs. Wade in anything but an eating contest Izzo will win.

Had Tom Izzo led 4 different programs to the NCAA tournament?

So THAT'S why Forde has his ongoing melt over Wade, got it
