Wade's lawyer is claiming that it was tilted towards the family to include a coaching position which is supposedly within the rules. It's complete bullshite, but still a smart strategy.

Well I don't know about all that as it pertains to Smart. I'm just saying that it's usually a trusted relative who is the one going around with a hand out and gatekeeping access to the player. I honestly don't think a ton of the money that exchanges hands ever actually ends up with the athletes themselves.
