Why would Petrino leave the premier team in the ACC for Auburn?

I see so many Auburn fans on this board that think they can just steal the guy from us. First of all Auburn is too poor to pay 10 mill for his buyout. 99% of Americans think Auburn is in Georgia. Louisville's Stadium > Auburn's erector set. It's much easier to recruit to Louisville (we have several Florida pipelines). We are the premier football school in Kentucky. Auburn plays second fiddle to Alabama. The scenic city of Louisville > Trashy Auburn. I could go on and on. We are enjoying the laugh Tigers, keep it up.

If it's easier to recruit at Louisville then why does Auburn recruit better than you every year?

You had empty seats for FSU, JH is one of the great on-campus settings
It's much easier to recruit to Louisville (we have several Florida pipelines).
Recruiting rankings, etc. do not show this, plus Auburn is much closer to Florida.

That makes no sense. Obviously Auburn has failed at recruiting in comparison to Louisville. Look how much better they are than you guys. Why? THEY HAVE RECRUITED BETTER.
