Today we learn that OP thinks handing the ball off on 19 straight snaps to a pair of backs with a COMBINED CAREER TOTAL of 2 carries coming into the game and throwing 0 passes in the 4th quarter is running up the score.
OP lacks a clear understanding of football.
Edited to add:
So that's why Nix was still in the game throwing 90 yard bombs in the 4th then? Got it. Fine example of calling off the dogs.

Style points...
There's strength of schedule, wins and losses, conference strength, statement games, and that overhyped one, style points. Style points are classified as how much you beat your opponent by. If your favorite team plays someone who isn't very good and only beats them by a small margin, then they will be criticized.

I am not sure, was this the first decade Auburn has not been on probation for something? I know they were on academic probation in the 2000's

Damn, I know you’re just trolling, but this is weak shite. Don’t do this. People will think others of us think this way.

What is this the Bama-Tudor connection?
Does Auburn have a House of Windsor insider?

I say continue to play your same offense with the backups. If the 2 to 3 deep are still scoring at will vs your 1s, it isn't their fault. Get better or don't take the game if you are OOC team.
Those reps are vital to growing experience of the underclassmen. They are live game reps that can't be replicated at practice. And, this season, with the trng distractions in spring and fall camp, lack of cupcakes, and extra weeks off, those reps are even more important
Plus, when teams dial back intensity and effort, it tends to lead to more injuries. If I'm going through the motions at half speed and you are being beaten badly and pissed off, you may take a cheap shot or make a play at full speed for some sort of cathartic release, and I end up hurt or the team loses cheap points to you.
Play the game. Inside of the last 8 minutes of the 4th qtr is when coaches should give their secret, let's just get out of here nod and BOTH dial it down.

If you watched you would know our firsts left the game in the third period, seconds ran our offense, no one was running up the score

I’m assuming this is a jab at Alabama.
Saban pulls the starters when he gets up by 28-35, depending on the game situation.
They come out as progressive units so that the backups get game time experience with other players that are likely to be in if they have to play.
If Bryce Young only played with the third string OL and skill players, he would be a mess if Mac ever got injured.
By the end of the game, there were fourth and fifth string guys in there, they were milking the clock, and they were running the ball on every down. They still scored.

You have to use game time to teach your team.
His teams are good enough to still punch the gas because he's smart enough to know that he's developing next year's players, this year.
He's considered an a-hole for this and I don't think its smart at all to judge him on this.
If he gets starters hurt in the process, he understands the risk. But his players smell blood in the water because they fear letting him down.
Thats why hes got the best run in the history of college football.
