If it’s such a shithole, why is the superbowl being hosted by New Orleans for the 11th time? How many has Nashville or anywhere in Alabama has hosted? shite Alabama doesn’t even have any pro teams

Saves us the embarrassment of drafting flops that can't make weight and watching every good player we've ever had leave town ASAFP.

And then there's the aints.

Because NOLA is the most run down, decrepit city in a run down, decrepit state.

Yep, shite & throw up from those a-hole, Southern Baptist hypoChristians from Alabama who flock to the city with many of the greatest restaurants & Chefs in the world, & an amazing tourism industry.

Glad they go to a fitting place to be trashy instead of doing it here. Win-win.

Because Nashville isn't far from Kentucky and we're the fanbase that makes this thing profitable.

Because nola is a party city and people will flock to it.

However I wouldn't be proud to have some people come into my town trash it, cause disturbances and fights and then leave and leave the city to clean it up .

Nola is good for a party. That's it.

The Superbowl isn't coming to Nola for its world class facilities and marvelous city, architecture and weather.

You're being used like a cheap whore

Nola also genuinely doesn't seem to give much of a collective shite about LSU

Orleans parish doesn’t really give af about sports in general. But Jefferson Parish (where most New Orleanians live) is die hard LSU and kids from there make up a significant portion of the student body.

but crime is worse than it has ever been. The last I looked New Orleans Homicide rate was number 8 in the world of cities of 300,000 or more people,

They did 395 and 424 murders in 93 and 94. 2023 was "only" 193 murders. It's been significantly worse.
