Ya'll at A%M do know that constantly bragging/talking about money when you're consistently mediocre at best is a bad look right?

My Lord, Aggie fans are so insufferable.

They don't understand it's a bad look, but I'm glad you pointed it out for those dummies.

The entire state of Oklahoma is synonymous with cheating. Just look at the 1889 land rush. You can't trust anything that someone from Oklahoma says.

There is also a lot of liberal trash in Texas.

I'll take that as opposed to the ordinary, everyday trash of Oklahoma.

At least they're not up to their eyeballs in debt like Texas A&M athletics $318 million debt and $23 million debt service

Man, thought you guys were rolling in the dough.

How did the US take Texas from Mexico? Way worse history than a few guys not waiting for the signal.

Texas cannot be considered a rich program if they cannot complete their capital campaign for their stadium. Still, hilarious!

Do you have a link?

UGA is "quietly" rich. We're one of the very few programs in the nation that operate in the black every year. Part of that is because, long-term, we haven't shelled out a whole lot of money in salaries for the sports staffs -- UGA's always been conservative in that area going way back.

Many years ago, I used to work in the accounting dept there and saw all the figures...all I can/will say. Suffice it to say, our bank accts are quite comfortable.

Is the SEC really the conference to be talking 1800s trash?

Ever been to the Texas Panhandle? Way worse than anything in Oklahoma.

And, tons of money being sucked out of the ground in that area..Guess they aren't re-investing in the communities...

My brother lives in Gaines county just below the panhandle and it boasts being the most oil rich County in the state of Texas, but you would not know it driving through the town of Seminole...Although, they do have an upgraded high school that looks like a glass bank building. The rest of the town looks like it died in the 1930s or 40s.

.

Texas sought to carve an independent territory from a foreign entity. The Oklahoma territory was already federal land. It is less troublesome that persons sought independence from Mexico than blatantly trying to cheat you own countrymen. Cheating your own countrymen out of an opportunity to get land in the expansion is far worse. Oklahomans are despicable cheaters and they will never live that down.

That's a stretch, they cheated their countrymen out of particular parcels of land they wanted by claiming stake to it earlier.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the early spotters didn't block others from ownership entirely.
