Then you're arguing just to argue.

Cool.

Oregon has an empty trophy case. Nobody's thinking about them.

Don’t forget Mahomes at Texas Tech, and all the great ones from Stanford

Never would have happened, if we are moving to 2 mega conferences there’s no reason Texas and OU would stay to play those other schools, it’s just a reality.

This is about money and eyeballs and the big 12 outside of Texas and OU didn’t have it. Staying wasn’t an option

I thought the Longhorn Network was going to be the reason you stayed. You lorded that over the rest of the Big 12. What happened?

I'll tell you what happened. Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri and Texas A&M bolted because of Texas. That eventually left you crawling and begging the SEC to take you. And your precious Longhorn Network vanished.

LHN made Texas millions and achieved the revenue goal but it failed in other areas. All the schools you named had the right and opportunity to have your own network, but espn and other networks wouldn’t offer it to you. You also had your tier distribution rights busts like Texas.

Texas didn’t lord shite over the conference this narrative you and others like to play like Texas is the boogeyman is hilarious. Facts are facts: Texas and a handful of other schools have significant brand power, athletic revenue, etc. Doesn’t always equate to football success as Texas has seen the past 2 decades. However, this silly narrative that Texas just bully’s everyone is nonsense.

Stop blindly believing everything Aggie tells you, you sound like a liberal.

If you guys get to claim Ole miss and Vanderbilt as big games we can have Indiana.

A ranked Vandy team was probably the 5th toughest game on Bama's schedule. Indiana is Vandy North...good teams currently, but still are who they are.

If a cfp spot comes down to a 3 loss SEC team or a 2 loss Big Ten team or 2 loss Notre Dame, it's not even a debate.

A&M hasn't played anyone and they've shot up to #5.

According to pff's metrics, A&M has played the 7th hardest schedule in college football so far this season.

Why would anyone say this and think it's true. The top half of the B1G was superior to the SEC last season. OSU knocked 2 of the top 3 teams out, Michigan beat Bama, USC beat A&M and Illinois beat South Carolina.

B1G was 5-1 against the SEC in bowl season and 6-4 in the regular season. How do we know that the B1G isn't better than the SEC in 2025 as well. Why are LSU/Tennessee/Bama/UGA ranked so high at 4-1 but Washington, USC, Maryland and Nebraska are not ranked at all even though they are 4-1 as well.

It's SEC bias as always, even when the conference was completely outclassed last season by the B1G

They have played a laughable schedule. They had to go to OT to beat a bad PSU team and Okie St is so bad that they fired the coach mid-season. Not to mention, Oregon has a history of being overrated. The remaining schedule is Charmin soft, including another (toilet) paper tiger in Indiana.

L Every other post is the same. ABC team hasn’t played anybody. XYZ tean has a soft schedule. So and so team doesn’t deserve to make the playoffs and we’re halfway thru the season. It’s like Groundhog Day. Lol
