Alabama will lose 5 games this year. No, I will not wager on it as the other teams may be dealing with injuries when they play Alabama

Am I asking you to make a permaban bet over it?

Thats like saying, I could be the CEO of XYZ company if everyone died and I was the only person left. Your reasoning is dumb. Either take the bet or go bang your sister

I’m not, they like to have beat us last year with a makeshift team and fired coach.

They have talent and pride and anyone taking them lightly does at their own peril…

2022 LSU will be defined on how they respond after they lose a game or two.

Do they stay bought in or do they fold?

It's easy to buy in when you're 0-0 and everyone is playing well in camp.

How they respond could define a large part of the Kelly era.

Because they suck. If it makes you feel better, Georgia is gonna suck too

Because they get Tennessee after a tough game for them and we have a bye week beforehand. Very possible they drop a couple of games before Bama gets them. A&M will beat them as well. Ole Miss and State are toss ups.

First, college football has changed. Lots of teams just looked bad last year. And LSU was essentially “having a team for a bowl game” away from 7 wins last year. Things this year feel 100% better.

Lots of questions about the roster and culture, but BK did a great job addressing needs in the portal. Complete overhaul to culture, nutrition and S&T. We will have a solid team that I think will surprise some national pundits, but we’ll take our licks along the way too. 8-9 wins is reasonable.

Y'all just had your best season ever and it wouldn't even make our top 10.

Yes still manage to beat A&M with a lame duck head coach

Because the refs wrongly gave the game to them.

QB’s slightly below average
LB’s are meh
OL is pure unadulterated dog shite
RB’s are ok
Have one great WR if he can get the “only care about the NFL” mentality that has been a part of the LSU toxic culture for at least 8 years out of his mind. Jenkins is a good receiver also. Other than those 2 they are meh.

You were generous diddler.

They are in for a rude fricking awakening.

Might as well throw Auburn and FSU in there if you’re going full retard

I also wonder if some decisions will be made based on development rather than immediate success. If it is even or close for a starting spot (such as Nussmeier v Daniels), will Kelly go with the guy who has more than 1 year of eligibility left.

I don't know him that well. I think Kelly is probably too professional for that. I think he will go with the players that give him the best chance to win that week. Maybe I am reading him wrong, but he seems to be more old school like that. I think LSU wanted to hire a more proven and mature old school type of coach too because they wish for more stability. So basically I am predicting a long year for LSU, but a return to former glory and challenge for the west in the near future after that. And yes, I think CBK will win at least one nattie while he is Baton Rouge. I also think he will likely cost Bama one or two along the way with his better teams.
