Do any of you guys know anyone that repairs wetsuits or sews neoprene fabric?
Apparently, Talstar + P isn’t available on Amazon anymore. I looked up Taurus SC, but that is unavailable as well. What is comparable that I can use for mosquitoes and bugs in general?

Make sure they double check your plat lines before building, unless you want half your house on your neighbors property line.
