Reportedly $25m buyout. And they fired Kelly before the assistants, which according to their contracts they get no buyouts if Kelly is fired first. I’d expect at least 3/4 of them to get canned, including the entire offensive and ST and SC staffs.

Information is starting to drip out now that Kelly is proving to be a bust…. Allegedly:
His work ethic/being in the ops bldg is questionable at best
Vacation during the bye week (multiple sauces on TOS)
Alleged infidelities with his realtor shortly after arriving in BR (recall Paqui filing for divorce?)
All this was kept under wraps his first 4 years because there was promise. It now screams negotiated buy out.
