Ain't nobody down on the pigs. We all enjoy some nice ribs, pork roast and hams. We all love the pigs from fayettenam.

You need to zip it. No one here would boast about our recent defenses and I question the sanity of anyone who would. I mean we have had a couple goodish players and maybe a brief shining second here and there but that's about it- overall our defense? Uhh no. You sure these 'hog' fans you encountered weren't just speaking in generalities of defenses in the sec not ours specifically?

Arkansas under BB will do as they always do: win 6-7-8 games and be their usual lackluster selves. They will fire BB probably after the 2019 season and hire someone else who will win 6-7-8 games regularly.

I agree. We've got to get our running game consistent to be able to finish off games like the embarrassing Missouri and Virginia Tech games at the end of last season. We should have had 9 wins last year with a defense that was abysmal.

There are 3 types of defenses in today's SEC.
1. Alabama & LSU defense
2. Bad defense
3. No defense - either the PAC 12 variety, or the kind formally known as the Big 12.

That's usually pretty true. And it's exactly why we go 7–5. Just because the good teams in the SEC generally play good defense doesn't mean Arkansas does.

We are 5-5 with LSU over the last decade so it is hard to argue against your comment. If you are .500 with the Bayou Bengals you are a fairly mediocre program.

Not showing up at all for Auburn, unexplainable. Auburn may have been better, but not that point spread better.
Turn around and manhandle Florida.
We are not that far. The only team in conference that I don't think we can somehow beat in any given year is Alabama.

Its true, and it is almost unbelievable how you can get bent over by Auburn, then completely kick Florida's arse. That aside, the Hogs should have definitely put away Mizzou and Virginia Tech, then this conversation wouldn't even be happening. We would be talking a 9-4 record instead of a 7-6 one.
