Y’all need to be. Once someone sees “Arkansas” on their schedule, they already know it’s an automatic win. Y’all are beyond garbage

Why hate on Arkansas? They’re top-10 in baseball, good in basketball. They win a national championship in track nearly every year. They were great in football not too long ago and had a player finish second in the Heisman in 07 and 08. Just be happy they are currently giving us a rare breather in the difficult SECW.

Arkansas has a SEC feel to them And the state boarders TN, LA, and MS. I liked it better when we added for fit instead of tv ratings.

Yeah, and when we first joined in ‘92 we were wondering the same thing about LA States’ garbage football program.

Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas A&M are really Big 12 schools. They don’t fit in well in the SEC.

Mizzou? Yeah, absolutely, completely worthless. A&M and Arkansas, no you’re an idiot. We fit in perfectly fine with the SEC. Also, we have never been in the B12, ever.

If you contribute a big 3 national championship in the conference you are in then you should be secure, no matter when it was.

1994 National Champs and 1995 National Runner-Up in Basketball solidifies their spot in the SEC. They’ve also played for a few football SEC Championships.

Ole Miss, Miss State, Texas A&M, Missouri have contributed ZERO Big Three national championships while in the SEC.

We all need a conference opponent to beat up and it gives everyone an extra week of practice in a live game setting

Arkansas is a better fit in the big 12. But after dealing with Texas politics for almost 100 years in the southwest conference, Arkansas is never joining the big 12.

Arkansas was trying to join the big 8 long before the SEC. For some reason it didn't workout and the SEC ended up being the only choice. If the southwest conference wasn't dominated by so many Texas teams over the years then they would never leave.
