I think part of the reason tuition cost so much in general. The government will loan you the money so raise the tuition rates.
Bingo! The colleges are the ones who took advantage of the availability of unlimited student loans.

This is year 3. We have the portal and NIL. The portal allows teams to turn it around in 1 yr. How much longer is Woodward gonna put up with this crap?
I swear, there must be an unwritten law that someone absolutely must post a lamentation about LSU men's basketball every morning and that others keep it going throughout the day.

The only issue I had was the first inning. Fastball to a lefty with the shift on (which I hate) made no sense. I am tired of the shift costing us outs and extra pitches. Cost us a double play last night and last weekend.
Oh, my God.

I think I know what the OP is getting at. I mean we just don't have 3 or 4 guys in the bullpen that will come in and strike out every batter they face for however long it takes to finish the game. I mean, some of the batters actually make contact wtih the ball sometimes. We just can't have that.
I'm sure the OP is worried about how all the teams we'll face in conference the rest of the way will have bullpens just like the one he wants us to have and we'll never score another run after the starters leave the games.
Much less if we get to the playoffs. Those teams we face there have must more formidable starting pitching, too.
It's hopeless.

We don't know that, yet; but, we sure as heck know that you'll be someone who starts a thread with "I was never sold on . . . ." if he does not meet with your satisfaction.

When I asked my Paw Paws what they wanted for Christmas (or any other occasion to buy presents), they would always say, "Just get me some socks, tee shirts or underwear." It frustrated me because I wanted to get them something nicer.
Now that I have reached the ages my Paw Paws were, I realize that it would not hurt my feelings to get nothing for Christmas, but that I really wouldn't mind getting "socks, tee shirts, or underwear".

Are there any opinions about whether Jeff Landry's accent is embellished or not?

It looked like a high school team to me.

I would be very disappointed if it turned out that Harris/Walz won this presidential race. But, unlike the poor folks on the other side, the party I supported and the media which followed it were not trying to convince me that somebody like me would be rounded up and put to death if the other side won. If people commit suicide because of the outcome of this election, the Democratic party and the fake media bear considerable blame.

Yall havent grasped how we're in a constant state of over-correction? We dont need him to go scorched earth. We need him to do the right things for the country without rubbing everyone's faces in it and constantly trolling his opposers. He needs to do what he does and let the results and improvement speak for itself. Stop poking and prodding the other side.
Amen.

They need to be able to justify outrage if the result is a Trump victory. How, for example, could Trump have won when Harris was so far ahead - except through election fraud?
Either that, or Trump's side is doing the same thing.

Bob Chesney a pussy confirmed.
Actually, he was very complimentary. To his home newspaper, he said that "That is a good football team," when speaking of ULM. He could have said, "We had a bad night and it cost us." But, he took the tact that JMU lost to a competent opponent.
I don't think he was making fun of nor criticizing the stadium, either.

I wonder what percentage of NFL games are decided by a late pass interference penalty that enables the trailing team to kick a time expiring field goal or score a short TD run to win the game. In my experience, it happens so often that you know who's going to win the game by what the score is in the last minute.

OP must be afraid his hometown will be criticized, given that he has not identified where it is.
This type of thread is probably started and joined by individuals who have done no traveling anywhere but simply repeat what they've heard and accept it as gospel truth. Or, they may have driven through a place during a trip, spent about 15 minutes, there, getting gasoline, but are able to conclude irrefutably that the place stinks.
