Why haven't you been hit with a dick to the forehead?
Just cause you want something to happen doesn't mean it will or should.

I agree completely. Personally, I haven't trolled this particular issue. From what I can read the young man is in violation of the universities student code of ethics policy where guns are concerned. He should go before the governing body.

Just because you're a part of a cry baby whiney board of people who can't shut up doesn't make it something that proves a lack of institutional control.
Perception is reality, and YOUR perception is made by this forum mostly, I surmise. I'm probably about the only Bama fan left here right now that still doesn't really care about hoops, so just jot that down (sure I still wanna see bama win.) I'm just tired of coming here and it being ALL you babies talk about. So in light of that annoyance, I'm still apt to make the point that there have been no violations.
Get over your Bama hateraid colored glasses and just take a breather, bud. It's like the MSM for news. If that's all you watch, you will be misinformed.

Why has Alabama not been hit with lack of institutional control?

Not as bad as these two words:
1. Children's
2. Hospital
Everyone knows that LSU had nothing to do with that.
That being said, there are zero P5 programs out there without some sort of NCAA recruiting violations. They are simply not caught or are ignored. Alabama has of course, done things that violate NCAA rules, even Alabama fans know this. I was simply pointing that out.

Penn State did not have any ncaa violations. Just went after them to satisfy woke agenda.

I don’t think you have to be woke to be disgusted by decades of pedo action.

I assure you the NCAA’s fully aware and plans for complete and swift retribution against the University of Alabama Birmingham to send a strong message.

Why hasn't LSU been hit with a lack of institutional control because they stole money from kids with cancer to pay football players?

Penn was not charged with violating NCAA rules.

There are numerous ethics violations going on.
The NCAA needs to evolve its rules. Murder, drugs, guns, speeding violations that can kill people, that shows a pattern need to be addressed (Alabama) over several years.
Missouri was punished for a tutor violation, Ole Miss because of a phone and hookers.
Alabama is letting the asylum run wild with no recourse.

Alabama is a model of institutional control.

I generally like Auburn, but this is laughable. You hired the kingpin of ethics violations and culture problems just to try and keep up with Bama.
