For seven million dollars a year I think I could behave myself.

That said, if that's the expectation of the role, it should be defined in the contract, not something the university pulls out of its arse as an excuse later down the line.

Was that wrong? Should I not have done that?

What about the Christmas spirit thing? Any flexibility there...?

The main reason is because you can fire him without paying his buyout. If he were winning more games he's probably not fired and the school works to cover this up.

This pretty dumb post might actually be the best litmus test for which accounts know the most about ball. This behavior is so ingrained in CFB coaching that someone asking whether or not it's an issue could very well be on the fast track to leading a program.

With a university employee who is his subordinate you mean?

Who he got a 100% raise after starting their affair?

Who he apparently broke into her house and threatened to kill if she didnt have an abortion?

Yeah man, its pretty baffling why they went this direction.

I know nothing about this other than he was banging a staffer. Didn't know anything about him breaking into houses. I don't know anything about this coach.

All this other news is going to be quite interesting to find out.

A lot of businesses have the same rule. You cannot have relationships with someone else in the workplace specially with, a Boss. The company can be sued for mega money for sexual misconduct.

I saw that you edited your post, the thing is consent is utterly irrelevant when it comes to an affair with someone who works for you, if you’re caught doing that you are gone, period.

Staffer will sue Moore for millions, and win….. Moore’s wife needs to divorce asap to get out of the financial mess…..

Michigan fired to appear to limit liability and complicity because the staffer will sue Michigan for millions for hiding the exploitation of the staffer by Moore, and for allowing it to happen and then continue….

Perhaps he got fired because he gave her a 55% pay raise and makes decisions in football like having Plan B sent to his office which IDK even know how to equate that play to football.

Maybe punting on the first play of the game?

The real question is why is the NCAA not launching an investigation into Michigan. Coincidence that the news broke after early signing day allegedly there's evidence the university has known about all this for weeks. If this was an SEC school the doors would be padlocked.

This is the same stupid retort we had to deal with in the 90s with Bill Clinton who we've had to hear for decades now was disciplined "for a BJ". Which isnt true at all yet a lot of morons apparently still believe it.

What do you do for a living? Lets say you work for Exxon in Houston as an engineer...

You sleep with a coworker. Exxon is not a Southern Baptist ran organization but tell me, do you get fired?

It's much more than just the affair.
