Our only SEC exposure to the great state of TX does not play, shall we say, physical or imposing football. So forgive us for being skeptical of a team full of Texans.

I hope all of your coaches agree.

I don't think the Bama coaching staff is where OU wants to attack. More 5*s there than on the roster

You run a lot of nickle and dime packages now and shift your personnel into 4-2-5 alignments. That's an entire schematic difference from what you used to run.
And we modified the athlete composition to maximize.

You said you had a run first offense that throws only when it has to which is not the case.
No, I said that is Saban's preference.

Those kinds of QBs are all over the state of TX.
Sure, everyone wants one, so everyone is trying to be the next big name.

My how those goal posts keep moving.

Now you're moving the goal posts to physicality.
No sir. They're right were I want them.

I agree. Completely inaccurate and shifting all over the place. You don't even know that you don't know what you're talking about.

Huge advantage for OU. Our kicking does suck mightily.

But at least it's a physical power kicking game.

You might be on to something there. Trying to kick the ball hard will effect accuracy.

Edit: I affected the effect.

I'm sure the average OU fan doesn't really care, because you all beat your women in the trailers anyway. The rest of the football world is a different matter

In their last 3 games against P5 Bama has only put up 417 yards on 100 carries. The schedule before that was a cake walk. And OU is objectively better than any team Bama has faced yet.

The Bama run game ain't what it used to be.

Hey dipshit, their last three games against P5 were against big time defenses. Oh, and they still won those games anyway.

Citadel has a better defense than Oklahoma. Bama is going to feast offensively in that game.

Defensively they're Arkansas.

Hard to say. Looking at the history of our series with Bama, what I can say is that it has never gone like all the motor-mouth "experts" expected it to do.

4 games.....you base this on four games, with two of them Alabama on sanctions

In the early Stoops era, we were the Bama of the college football world

I am sorry,

That would be USCw

In the Sugar Bowl, we were 15.5 underdogs and expected to be routed easily by a 2 time national championship winning team. That's now what happened there either.

You are right, if Alabama turns the ball over 5 times like it did in the Sugar Bowl, then OU has a chance to win.

Yea, their advanced stats line them up right around Arkansas but with less of a pass rush.
