Let's be real here. aTm is in the conference because of the ties to Bama that Bear and mainly Stallings brought. Bama did Stallings wrong and paid the price. We owed him and rescued aTm from UT on the condition that aTm hate Auburn too. You have to hate Auburn because that is the condition of the SEC contract. In return for that hate we help protect you from the constant trolling from LSU. Read your SEC contract. 
On a side note, Auburn fans take the hate in stride. They don't even really downvote it anymore. To be honest, they are our in state rival, and I honestly don't why the other schools hate on them so much. I try not to look a gift horse in the mouth. I just pile on when I see it.

Part of it is that we embrace the hate. Other schools dick ride Bama and Bama hates Auburn. We do not partipare in the SEC, SEC chant. F the SEC.

Not true. They hate on us because we usually beat them. I honestly don't know why the others hate on Auburn too, but it must be their own reasons. It has nothing to do with any loyalty to us, I can assure you.

AU won it's first NC on probation, 1957. They couldn't even go to a bowl game that year. And their other NC in 2010, they should have been on probation since Cam's Dad was paid $180k. That's enough to piss off any non-AU fan.

I don't know about everybody, but Alabama hates them for obvious reasons and Georgia hates them because they are their oldest rivals. LSU hates them because they are the main competition for the position of Alabama's bridesmaid in the West. Florida probably still hates them for screwing up a couple of Spurrier's seasons.
Other than that, when Auburn is losing they say a bunch of stupid shite like, "Remember, we are Auburn and thus our lives don't revolve around football" as if fans of Alabama and other SEC programs don't actually have jobs and lives. Of course, when Auburn actually has a good year every five years or so, they care about football all of a sudden.
Last, they name their wins when they beat Alabama. They don't really give a damn if they lose every week until Thanksgiving as long as they win that one through any means necessary. Meanwhile, Alabama fans would be fine if we never played that damn thing again. I for one am thankful that after we kick LSU's arse, the Iron Bowl will be meaningless for the second year in a row. I wish Saban would rest all the prominent starters against Auburn to save them for the SEC title game. Would be the biggest eff you to little brother imaginable.

Auburn has a mascot. If you ever go to a home game when Auburn comes, and support your school by buying a program.(Doubt it)
Open the cover up and flip in a few pages and read where it says the Auburn Tigers.
We can't help we are proud of the Veterinarian heritage of our school taking pride in animals of all kind really.
