i don't think most people perceive USC as a superior school to Clemson. if you want to believe that, go for it. CLemson's rep is only an issue for graduates of it. nobody forcing anybody to go to Clemson.
i don't know what SC winning women's basketball title has to do with Clemson. Clemson won two national titles in football including one this year. Did you miss that?
