This is not a list.

Did you not watch your own game? They listed the 3 underclassmen who declined to play in the game, and the commentator even commented on it. I'm not your fricking babysitter...google it yourself, motherfricker.

Why do recruits that are talented when they commit to Tenn. suddenly become lazy and unproductive?

The question you should be more concerned with is why does Tennessee not have any players worth a shite to declare early?

Hell, LSU had THREE that did

We had one, Arden Key, who is a projected top 15 pick.

Because LSU's selling point is getting to the NFL. Most of it's players are from Louisiana and most are not well off, so they leave early. Pure economics. Sucks for the fans but that's just how it is. Unlike Bama who can get their players to stay all four years (how, $?) LSU will have a tough time getting to the playoffs and will be a perennial top 10-20 team. All this is just my take. Have a great day.

We've probably got more leaving early than LSU...they just aren't leaving before their bowl/playoff games.

3 underclassmen? You mean injured junior Donnie Alexander, injured sixth year Corey Thompson, and junior Arden Key?

Are you retarded?

Because Tennessee is an irrelevant circus. That's the only answer you deserve.

Because to be frank, a lot of our players come from poor backgrounds and need NFL money to help support their families.

It’s not fair, but their whole family is depending on them, and if they had a career-ending injury their senior year, that all goes away.

Ask those Vole "players" Gaulden and Kelly. They can answer that. Discuss.

Serioulsy, about 10 yrs ago we had a big OT named Ciron Black. Expected high draft pick as a jr and Miles convinced him to stay for senior season. He had a career ending knee injury that season. He had an insurance policy but it turned out to be worthless. After that the staff took a different approach to NFL draft worthy jrs that were high value. They dont neceesarily encourage them to go but dont guilt trip em into staying. Now mid level draft jrs they try to recruit back into the team to improve their draft value.

With the new rookie contracts, it's all about that 2nd contract now. Juniors and RS Sophomores across the country are leaving in droves if they're good enough to get a head start on it, and even being picked in a late round there's not much difference in that than being picked in say, the 3rd round or so. So they leave early so they can try to get to that 2nd contract ASAP instead of wasting time in college. Not just an LSU thing.

You are being generous. They couldn't win a single SEC game in a year The SEC was mostly bad.
