The plan that day was to practice indoors, Kelly decided to go outside to practice, even with the wind conditions being what they were. Forecasts indicated that gusts could hit 60 MPH. Scissor lifts get dicey in 30-40 MPH winds. What was the purpose of the kid being in a scissor lift if not to film the practice?
