Why wasn't he charged (or even implicated) then?

Personally, I'd say old dude should have simply climbed off when it got too windy. Terrible accident, but I'm not sure it rises to the level of criminal.

It's hard to claim a football coach shouldn't have forced him to get down, though, and Brian Kelly was the head football coach so he holds the ultimate responsibility for that. Not sure if the parents sued, but he and the University are lucky if not.

The head football coach isn't responsible for the student film crew.

It's hilarious that you get so angry when people don't get the "facts" correct around the Brandon Miller case yet here you are doing the same thing.

It's pretty hilarious really.

One guy was actually responsible for the safety of someone who died under his direction.

The other guy drove to a location, was then blocked in by the eventual victim's boyfriend, and then cooperated with police and was cleared of all wrongdoing.

Of course he is, and Brian Kelly knows this because he publicly apologized for the death and took responsibility for the failure.

The athletic director said the same and the president said he took the "ultimate responsibility."

I don't see you mentioning them.

Wonder why?

Because you didn't mention them. I'm addressing your OP. Of course they are also responsible.

Well that isn't true, you've posted multiple times about "Kelly killing a kid," prior to today.

No mention of anyone else.

You've said that Kelly literally sent him up the tower (which isn't true).

Why do you get pissed when people make false claims about Brandon Miller yet you're completely fine doing the same if it isn't someone at Alabama?

Why are some LSU fans behaving the same way?

I guess it is the way some folks think. My guy didn't do anything wrong but your guy is responsible for someone getting killed.

Have I? I don't recall discussing this before.

ETA: I'm only discussing it now because you claimed there was hypocrisy here. I'm simply pointing out that your premise makes no sense. I wouldn't have posted in this thread if you didn't mention Bama fans.
