Any tweet discussing the coaching move is met with a bunch of mizzou fans melting their faces off about it. Am I missing something? Did mizzou fans mistakenly think their football program was elite and coaches wouldn’t jump to more prestigious programs when given the opportunity? Serious question. I don’t know where their anger is coming from.

Mizzy is a second or third rate program with first class posters.

I think it's because he had been extended and they actually didn't believe he was going anywhere.

We have some retards who set themselves up for this because they think this forum is real life.

Assistants move around in the SEC more than a fat girl at an orgy.

Life goes on.

I tried to go to their On3 board but apparently they don't have one. Then I went to their 247 page. They do have one, but it appears to be nothing more than a bunch of Steve Wiltfong posts and tumble weeds. Twitter appears to be all they really have. "Lateral move".

Hey I loved most of the Mizzou fans I met this past year. Y’all are good in my book

great question. Now is the best time to be DC shopping for Mizzou. Everyone is interested in the program right now.

They angry because Baker signed a new contract and was all giddy about Mizzou before Kelly finally fired House like he should have a month ago. They should be raging at Kelly if anyone. The melt is damn funny though.

So did Baker accept the LSU position? I didn't know about that, I think he's a pretty good DC.

They really thought they had become a power. That's why.

Couple hours ago.

Two weeks after signing contract extension and tweeting out Wolf of Wall Street clip saying he's fricking back. Tons of rage response tweets tonight.

LSU is a better job than Missouri. I'm sure they are paying more as well. Congrats, I think that is a good hire.

Indeed.
Mizzou will be fine. Remains to be seen if young pup Baker is really worth it but frick all he can't be worse than Matt House.

They realized the one good season they had is going to be followed up by mediocrity.

Yeah right! It will take a lot of money to persuade any quality coach to come to Misery. Living in Columbia and playing games in that high schoolish stadium isn’t attractive

Mizzou has improved their facilities. They have a lot of pull with Midwest kids. Drink is a great coach. I'm sure they won't have any trouble finding a DC

CoMo is a great place to live. Most Midwest major college towns are.
