Fulton will contribute this season. I don't see him starting though. His time will be next season I believe. As far as him regretting his decision...lol, over coming to LSU and competing against the best in the nation at his position, and receiving the best coaching at his spot? Come on now. It's not a lie to say that a player could come to lsu and not play until his senior yesr, and then be drafted and make it in the nfl , especially at db. Arkansas sucks dude, no offense...or defense haha.

Hey sabinbear. What program has the most nfl players in the league once again? LSU, am I right? Not only is LSU dbu, we are NFLU. Numbers don't lie my man. Everyone knows the talent that Louisiana has, has always had, and will always have. It's a truth, not an opinion. That's why we scare the frick out of saban and he feels the need to gain talent from our state. Not only to improve his talent to win a title, but to take it away from LSU. That's gonna stop. Orgeron had already begun building the fence.

Notre Dame's tight end disagrees with you.

All the Southern states with similar demographics as Louisiana have multiple power 5 schools. LSU has an advantage not because players from Louisiana have some magical powers, but because there are no other universities in Louisiana that are worthy of a power 5 invite.

Fulton was suspended for the year due to a drug test incident I won't go in details as was Savion Smith. Smith took the easy road and went juco Fulton stayed and earned his way back I think he contributes a lot this year

Equanimeous St. Brown (ND)- 1 catch, 7 yards
J’mon Moore (Mizzou)- 1 catch, 8 yards
Darius Slayton- (AU) 0 catches
Hollywood Brown (OU)- 1 catch, 45 yards
Calvin Ridley- (Bama)- 1 catch, 15 yards, INT
This is all well and good, but rather meaningless without context. Was he in man all game against all of these guys? Was he in zone? Have help via a double-team? Meh.
He's good though.
For Auburn, I'd have to say either Javaris Davis or Jamel Dean. I'd lean towards Dean bc I like a corner with size (he's 6'2, about 210), but he doesn't play as physical as Carlton Davis did. I do like Javaris' low 4.3 speed and he plays physical, even though he's smaller though. Both graded really well via PFF, fwiw.

He is absolutely our best DB. IDK if he shadowed a WR all game other than Christian Kirk during the aTm game. He ended the game with 4 catches for 13 yards.

Greedy Williams is the best DB in the SEC

How did Baker do in the first matchup against AU? I know we had some big chunk plays but can't remember who was beat. Slayton had a 50 yard TD but it was against a zone I believe.

Deonte Thompson at safety for Bama
I like what Ive seen from him when he's been on the field

I knew he played a lot lately, but I was unaware he was actually starting.

Baker is better than good.
That said, we play left corner and right corner. So his match up depends on who the offense lines up opposite him. We are mostly man on the outside, but we have to change looks so a QB/OC can't get too comfortable.
The dropoff from Baker to Parrish/McGhee on the other side was sizeable. The throw selection by the QB usually followed that side.

He was the guy who made zero effort to take on the blocker and get Kerryon out of bounds on the his long TD run and then took the lamest cheap shot I've seen in quite some time on Kerryon early in the SECCG. He's a coward.

What happened to Kristian Fulton, pretty sure it came down to LSU and Arkansas. Prolly could have been a stud here. Wonder if he regrets his decision?
He was suspended the whole season, like Savion Smith

We're gonna struggle in the secondary almost certainly. Hopefully Tua can have us scoring on offense. Man, Jalen makes you beg for the Blake Sims days big time.

At that time, Emmanuel hall was probably our best. And against UGA he did: 4/rec 141/yds 2/TD

Jamel Dean for AU was actually better than Carlton Davis this year IMO. I really don't remember too many passes completed on him.
Nah. Carlton always went against the best so he might have gotten big boyed a couple times, but he was far and away our best corner.

Yeah but Baker never covered him, Both of his touchdowns were on the right side, which was Parrish's side.
