In their last two playoff games they've lost 42-25 and 49-28. The bloom is off the rose.
It's like the old joke. What does Clemson have in common with potatoes? They both get mashed in bowls.
You can literally see where they stopped being able to steal signals (early second quarter against LSU), and it's been all downhill from there.

I saw one the other day that suggested perhaps God was punishing them for being too cocky the last few seasons.

I was hoping it was a different site. I can't stand the layout so I don't go there.

which receiver was covered? your safetys were nowhere close all night, and your corners got abused.

This is what happens when you're prevented from stealing signals.

No mention of turnover machine Trevor Lawrence?

Fir
Agree the safeties were abused but the Clemson corners played decent -
First TD pass - Clemson CB right there but whiffed on knocking down the pass
Second TD pass - wide open good route by receiver
Third TD pass -Fields threaded a dime between two defenders one of which missed the ball by finger tips
Both long TDS in second half were tear drops that landed right in the hands of receivers who were not “wide open”

The Skalski targeting call was only reviewed bc Fields got blasted.
Skalski could have legit paralyzed himself.

Yep...but if that’s targeting then it happens on virtually every play.

I don’t know what kind of bootleg, off brand football you've been watching. But, that definitely doesn't not happen on virtually every play. That was textbook targeting and it's exactly the kind of hit they're trying to get out of the game and it's for the defender's safety.

You're not completely wrong. We've all seen some questionable tackles, mostly on RBs.

No.
He didn't hit with his shoulder like most do. He used the crown of his head. He's lucky his head went down instead of it being pushed back down his spine like Shazier

Skalski is such a retard. The guy is a walking CTE case.

Dabo should have kept his mouth shut.
While he was absolutely correct that Ohio ST didn’t earn a spot in the playoffs until the rules changed in their favor, he Filled the Buckeye locker room with bulletin board material.
Now he’s forced to eat his words. Oh well. Sucks for him.
