Who will be the Week 2 Heisman Winner and National Champ this year?

Last year Kenny Hill was declared the Week 2 Heisman Winner after his performance vs. South Carolina who turned out to not be all that great
And Georgia was called by all the pundits the "most complete team" and the "front runner for a playoff berth and national title" after their win over a mediocre Clemson team at home
Who will that be this year?
My prediction is that Josh Dobbs will be the Week 2 Heisman Trophy Winner, because they open with a Bowling Green team that has a REALLY bad defense. Just look at BGSU's defensive numbers from last year, its pitiful. Dobbs will tear them apart and the media will forget that its just Bowling Green and instead treat Bowling Green as if they were the iron curtain and wrecking crew combined.
The Week 2 National Champ will be Georgia, again, after they open the season blowing out Louisiana-Monroe and follow that up with a win over Vanderbilt, the "most complete team" drum will begin to beat again

Jeremy Johnson, Josh Dobbs, Leonard Fournette, and Dak Prescott are all the frontrunners for Week 2 Heisman.

I remember hearing people say A&M was the team to beat in the SEC after that early drubbing of South Carolina.

How do you ever find time to be here while maintaining your presence on Shaggy Bevo?

Dobbs will be judged after the Oklahoma game. Everyone knows BG's defense is horseshite, plus they only return like 4 starters. Dobbs will eat Bowling Green alive.

I could see Fournette and Prescott both being in the running because of their weak Week 1 opponents

Again: RA'd for obsessed spam about A&M.

Dude. Look at this obsessed idiot's post history. Golden Nugget? As in the Denver Nuggets? As in Stanford Financial? As in Charles Shatterfield III?
Nugget is Randy Duke.
What's going on, Chuck?

I'm going with Jeremy Johnson.
Louisville is a respectable opponent but by no means has much of a defense to handle Auburn's attack. Auburn will come out throwing much more than they have in the past two seasons, and it will garner a lot of attention for Johnson.
After Louisville is Jacksonville State.
So you could see Johnson with around 6 or 7 touchdowns going into week 3. Many talking heads will say he's on track for a Heisman run, and that will be prior to playing @LSU, Miss State, Georgia, and Alabama. Pretty good chance his Heisman hopes fall as the season goes on.

Not even close to the level of mouth-foaming obsession. This one tries to be more subtle.
Randolph Duke actually registered an account and tried his schtick before the 2012 Alabama game...hasn't been seen since.

got damn everyone is obssessed with us. We're going to start the season ranked around 10th and play tomato cans to start the season. Nobody is going to call us "week 2 national champs". Last year we looked dominant over a mid-ranked clemson team. That actually made sense. Your fictional scenario you described doens't make a lick of sense.
Just because your team has the QB group of some 5A high school teams, don't try to project your insecurities on others.

Yeah? You think a Georgia team beating two cupcakes will get the same sort of attention as beating a top 10 team by 3 touchdowns last year?
If there is nothing better for the media to talk about after week 2, it means the rest of college football is in a sad state.
Week 2 champ will be Auburn after beating Louisville soundly in week 1. They may well be the champions at the end too. I think their defense will get tested more and more as the year goes on, but I see their season getting started quite nicely.

Last year when I was watching college football at night during Week 1, LSU and Wisconsin along with other games, they kept cutting into the Oregon-South Dakota game to give us highlight updates, as if the game was ever going to be in doubt. It's as if the networks actually thought South Dakota was a challenge for Oregon and Oregon scoring touchdowns against them was something so great and amazing and important that it was worth cutting in to show highlights of it multiple times.
You are forgetting that the media doesn't care about the fact the teams are tomato cans

Marcus Mariota was the Heisman favorite (and the eventual winner) going into the 2014 season.

After Dak puts up 4 total TD'S in a win over LSU in week 2 he will be the frontrunner.
