I had to Google it because I really didn't think this was a thing. I'm quite certain that most SEC schools may have had a white kicker named black more so than they had a black punter or placekicker
But, I did find an article on Marquette King, one of just five black punters to ever play in the NFL. I thought this bit was funny:

King knew that if he failed to execute the next fifteen to twenty seconds of his life with absolute perfection, this could be his last chance to play professional football. As he had done countless times before, he lined up at his spot and prepared to yell out the snap count. But before he could open his mouth, a player on the opposing team, the Dallas Cowboys, took one look at him and shouted.
“A black punter?! It’s a fake! It’s a fake!”

I'm sorry I had a fight in the middle of your black punter party

He was marginally better after Miles, his goober of a special teams coach (Bradley Dale Billy Bob Joe Jim Peveto) and their kick-the-ball-to-the-2 kickoff philosophy were fired.
Kid could kick it from Baton Rouge to New Orleans, but the ball might first make a stop in Napoleonville.

Since integration I think the only position club that has had fewer members than white running backs, is black punter/kickers

Its still funny seeing a black kicker but that’s because the perception is that kickers are not athletic which has changed in recent years. Many kickers are very athletic.

None for South Carolina. Doesn’t the entire state hate black people?
