Yes, but let's focus on how this guy doesn't understand that just running into the receiver is also PI.

I'd rather focus on that foul and play should have never happened because of the false start on 22.

Well, that's obvious. That's all you've talked about in every thread for the past several days. In this thread, we're discussing who Tua was throwing the ball to. I haven't paid any attention to your alleged false start because it wasn't called, and it's not going to be called. If you lost because Harris got a .2 second head start then maybe you were going to lose anyway?

Would you really want to give Tua another chance from 5 yards further away? You saw what he did when you backed him up 16 in OT. Don’t give him more room to work, it’ll only hurt worse.

Side judge 101 says you don't miss those. SJs have two jobs at snap, watch for a FS/OS and make sure there's 7 on the LOS. Not that hard. The FS is being talked about nationally not just by UGA folks. I would have loved to see Bama have to run the 4th and 14 play. You get it, I hat tip to it.

You've said this a lot but nobody( maybe one or two people I haven't seen) is doing that.

22 wasn't offside. He's just fast as hell.

Except there was no flag. Like the blocked punt, a few UGA fans and a ton of LSU fans are bitching about a missed call on this play while managing to ignore another missed call on the same play that would have benefitted Alabama.

This is how you know the complaint isnt about bad officiating its just jealousy at Bama. If it was about bad officiating they would mention the missed calls that went UGAs way

If you're not an LSU fan, you should really consider becoming one. Those guys would really embrace you.

Do you know why we don't complain too much about the MANY bad calls that go against us? Because we almost always win. What's the difference in the Clemson "pick" complaints you mentioned? We lost. What's my point? Losers complain about the refs. Blown calls are most obvious to the losers. Did UGA get the short end of the stick in this particular game? Probably. One team or the other usually will.

Yes, if he promised to throw another prayer like the one he did that Ridley caught.

Listen, you guys are the ones going on about a no call on a play you scored the game tying TD. I guess winners complain about no calls as much as losers.

We're not "going on" about the no call, dumbass. People are only mentioning it because the wrong receiver caught the ball on the tying touchdown. The point is, if Ridley hadn't been there, it was going to be 15 yards (or half the distance) and do over. So, a big play, either way.

Someone will ask Tua one day. Looks like it was going to Harris (which would have been called PI had the ball traveled back to him)...but it's possible Tua saw Ridley trailing and thew it into the open spot he knew Ridley would get to. Hopefully someone will ask Tua that question soon. Either way it was a heads up play that was either going to be a TD, or a PI with a 1st and goal.

well, if you know anything about football you'd agree it should have been 4th and 14. BUT 1st and half the distance......oh shite ..TD waiting to happen barring a bama screw up or unlikely goal line stand. I guess I would have taken it but I'm a masochist UGA fan of 30 years.

I don't think that's necessary. You can just watch his head and see that he wasn't watching Ridley.
