I think it was Harris. He started off going for Ridley, but when he scrambled I think he switched to Harris and we just got lucky that Ridley slipped in.
youtube
Not the best angle that they showed during the game, but the only short video I saw.

I thought it was Harris as well.
When the announcers were talking about Ridley not giving up on the play and then Tua throwing to him....I was thinking Ridley couldn't be seen until after the throw....and Harris was right there, until he got grabbed. Voila, there's Harris clearing the defender just in time for ball.

Actually, Harris didn't get held. He stopped and the defender ran into the back of him.

Simple answer: Both of them... he's that freakin good. He was throwing to both of them.

Here's a very good view. Tua was throwing to Najee. Najee stops, defender grabs & holds Najee. Ridley dives & catches. No way Najee catches that because Georgia defender #45 had him completely wrapped up.
Check video at about 8:55. LINK
Here's a still shot. Ridley's behind Georgia #20.

Defender definitely wrapped him up.

The reciever that was behind ridley if he was throwing to anyone in specific. He wasn't throwing the ball thinking ridley was the intended target. He knew the routes and saw two bama players there and knew two of them would have a shot to catch it. It was 4th down and he had to throw it in the endzone. He just threw it where he had the most bama players to have a shot at catching it, period. It was a fortunate play bc there were uga defenders there too. It worked out and he looks like a genius now lol. That was the play that turned the game imo...as lucky as it was.

If people are honest they know it was najee he was throwing to. It worked out though and that's what matters

He wrapped him up, but najee stopped running before he wrapped him up. Would've been Pass interference either way.

When I saw the replay I thought it was Harris also. The best part of that play is that it looks like Harris saw that Ridley had a better chance at the ball and stopped to shield his defender. The guy did grab him but it looked to me like Harris was pushing back into him to stop him from getting to the ball. If it was Ridley the whole way still a heads up play by Harris to shield the defender.

Except there was no flag. Like the blocked punt, a few UGA fans and a ton of LSU fans are bitching about a missed call on this play while managing to ignore another missed call on the same play that would have benefitted Alabama.

Umm isn’t that pass interference? So where’s the flag? Should have been thrown even though Ridley made the catch.
But...but...that doesn’t fit the narrative of the haters talking shite about how the refs gave it to Bama. The truth is it was a typical Big 10 officiating crew: off the charts shitty at what they do and they missed so many calls on both sides that it is embarrassing. The B1G shouldn’t be allowed to officiate anything in the post season bigger than Shreveport until they show they can handle it.

What the film doesn’t show is the o-line running up into the stands and holding anyone with an lsu jersey while paying off members of the rec.
Scandalous!

That's 100% not what he was doing.

Watched it again. Think you're right. I think Harris slowed to catch the ball and was interfered with. Ridley came in front to make the catch. LINK. Really doesn't matter but I still think he was throwing to Harris.

I think he was throwing to Harris or that spot in general. Tua had stretched that play out as much as he could have. The play was actually made by Ridley as he kept moving with the flow of the QB.
