Who is the worst coach in your program's history?

I'm having a hard time determining Auburn's. Of course the easiest way to look at it (particularly for 60+ years ago) is W/L % balanced with tenure (for instance, 3-22 would be worse than 0-1), which would be Earl Brown (right before Shug). But I don't know what the circumstances were.
Obviously qualitative observations such as actions that hindered the program after their tenure could be taken into account.
How would you determine it? And who would that make your worst coach?

Worst position coach goes to Ted Roof.

Doug Barfield is the correct answer.
Brought us Orange Jerseys and mediocrity.

tie between Bill Curry and Guy Morriss. Probably Morriss. He got caught cheating and still sucked.

Tater Tot...frick that piece of shite and his undefeated record. For that matter, the entire Bowden clan sucks with the exception of Tommy...always liked him for some reason.

Most people will say "Ears" Whitworth, but he was severely handicapped by the administration as well as the athletic office. He wasn't a good coach by any stretch of the imagination, but it wasn't entirely his fault. I'm going to go with Dubose. He took the solid program that Stallings left him and made it into a laughing stalk for the next ten years. At least under Whitworth we were only down for four years before Bryant got there and started working his magic.

I would say Mike Price, however he IS the only undefeated HC Bama has ever had, so...

I should've said coordinator, not position coach. Although, the linebackers did look pretty bad.

Football: J.B. Whitworth, 1955-57, 4-24-2
Basketball: Maybe Eugene Lambert or Hayden Riley in the 60s. We've been pretty decent since C.M. Newton...
Baseball: We've always been pretty consistent. The last coach with a losing record was Charles Bernier in the 1920s.

Toss-up between Hugh Nall, Ted Roof, and Tony Franklin. Recently, of course.
