Bama has retired the trophy on that one. Every school has their rivals, but everyone hates Bama.

They shouldn’t have beat us. If we use Evans in game 2 we take 2 of 3 from them.

It's been my experience that the most annoying fans of all fan bases are fans that....did not attend the school or never stepped foot on campus....does not support the school financially.....does not attend sporting events at the school....and most of all, rides the emotional rollercoaster harder because they have no real outlet in life. I personally encompass all aspects sports and academic news about my school and do so without a 'do or die' narrative. Bandwagon fans are the loudest most obnoxious group for that very reason. They ride the bandwagon and jump off and hide at the drop of a hat. They will take off the hat...not wear the jersey and take in the flag from the porch. Geez.....that's who you are talking about when you rate these fans.

In Texas, being popular in football and a source of pride for the state, absolutely helps both schools keep their educational programs funded…
