NCAA supposed to be cracking down on wasted time this season
I’d have an automatic strike be called for any batter delaying a pitch for over a certain amount of time and an automatic ball called on a pitcher who fails to release a pitch after a certain amount of time.
Basically a shot clock for baseball.

I’m so sorry, why have y’all not gotten rid of him yet?
Because Ray Tanner is the weakest Athletic Director in The Conference.
Because Ray Tanner is incapable of making a good hire.
Because Ray Tanner would rather play politics and shove chow in his fat arse mouth all day than get on the ground and crack the whip on Kingston .... and our men's basketball coach as well, quite honestly.

Baseball on tv is unwatchable, going to the games is fun though.

The northern schools. BC's stadium is particularly terrible.

I thought we had a pitch clock in the SEC. Was that just a temporary thing one season? Or is it just ignored?
Seems State got a free base in the past year or two for it, maybe even on an 0-2 count.

It has to be texas ATM for me, I dread their games. They take 30-40 seconds to get in the box every pitch. I believe one of our games almost got to five hours long, which is beyond ridiculous
Everyone was bitching about this last season and I thought y'all were just being whiny, until we played them. It is a beating, and I wish my team did this.

Vandy likes to whistle and that’s fricking annoying

Vandy. Whistler. Easy

LSU has a portal transfer from Vandy, a pitcher. When asked in an interview..."what is your opinion of the whistler"...he ducked his head & said "no comment". While the interviewer was laughing, Little did not seem happy, for some reason. There are actually 2 of them, and at least one is an atty who has threatened to sue anyone who tries to stop him. Didn't a Miss. State fan, or two, confront him in the parking lot post game recently?

Vandys sleazy whistling lawyer.

College baseball will never reach beyond cult status and here are just a few reasons why.
A lot of the best of the best of high school say the hell with college ball altogether and head directly to the minors. The talent pool is water downed, immensely.
Baseball players take forever to develop, so they look nothing like what we're watching from our favorite college basketball and football teams.
College baseball moves like the Mississippi river in the summertime. Things like molasses start coming to mind to try to describe the pace of the game. I would add here that students seldom get that fever and crazy devotion we see in other sports because the game lags and so does the student's interest and zeal for the product. All of this is just code for boring as hell.
The school semesters are often over and these guys are still trying to play baseball. Nothing is more exciting than already watching a watered-down version of talent playing baseball when the students are on summer break or have just moved on.
To even suggest this sport belongs with basketball and football is just paying more human homage to the cult that is college baseball.

I don't know. If it is a Vandy game, the whistler can't be muted in person unless you're willing to go to prison.

My own because they make me sad

Ole Miss seems to have the most punchable faces each season.
TennisE has the most punchable coach - until DVH retires
Aggy ball is excruciating though.
Florida, has a lot of punchable faces too
