The only time I remember Arkansas is in the SEC is during Track season.

I always thought South Carolina and Arkansas made sense. Missouri and one of the least athletically-successful schools from Texas were the head scratchers. Understand going into the Texas market, but Texas, Baylor, TCU and SMU would have all been better choices.
