The most disappointing is clearly Jimbo.
Jimbo isn't the least bit disappointed right now. His big Christmas present doesn't come until January, but it has a lot of zeros behind the number 19.

Heupel doesn't lose at home very often
Heupel's done a good job
Heupel coached circles around...
Heupel's are hard to come by ( )

He's the richest flop in college football history.

He beat Missouri on the road.
I thought he had the best road win. I thought this was his year.

You know who doesn’t care? Kirby or Nick.

What Smart and Saban have done is merely par. Drink is way below par….theyre the best turnaround in the conference and one of the best in the nation. Drink would be my choice

This is exactly what he was at UCF. What is so surprising that he was that in Knoxville too?

Beamer, Stoops or Pittman are equally disappointing. Any one of that 3 would be about right for biggest bust.

I think that good arguments can be made for all three of the coaches you mentioned. Plus, Kiffin could have another 10 win season. No small feat.

I think Heupel has been pretty UNinpressive, though I'm personally not disappointed in the least. Tennessee scheduled eight home games this year. P5 matchup vs a bad Virginia team. Road games at Florida, Bama, Kentucky and Mizzou. It looks like they're going to win eight games vs that schedule plus have total no-shows for large portions of the UF, Bama, Mizzou and Georgia games.

UT fans love to blame it on their QB. He wasn't that bad:

65%, 7.6 ypa, 16/5 TD/INT, 141.4 passing efficiency. Not great, but not bad, either.

Smart and Saban are expected to win, so I say Drinkwitz.

Worst is Stoops. 5-0 to probably 6-6. Leary didn’t pan out at QB. I’ve seen worse collapses by UK (2014-15 come to mind). 5-1 and 4-2 to back to back 5-7 seasons.

Is it considered a flop when the guy just didn't care?

Drinkwitz will win the COTY.

I get the arguments for Saban or Kirby. They have both coached their asses off and have kept their team's performance at an elite level. This is especially true considering the early QB troubles at Bama and the pressure UGA has keeping the winning streak going. However, these awards usually go to coaches who have a great season seemingly out of nowhere. That's Drinkwitz.

Most disappointing has to be Pittman. Yeah, Fisher got fired, but most of us thought was coming. But, Pittman had a senior QB that is a matchup nightmare, and turned in a horrible season. He has to do something to turn it around next year.

Between UGA and Bama it’s Saban all day for me. Coaching turnover as usual but a way harder schedule and the team keeps getting better.

Brian Kelly is probably the biggest disappointment

Still gotta coach talent, ask aTm about that.
