Nick James was a legit 350 when he got to campus at MsState. Took 3 years for him to get in shape to play more than 1 down. Sometimes that's the case for a lot of DL when they get on campus. They lay off the weights after senior season and consume boat loads cafeteria square pizza and end up putting on 25-50 lbs.

I've heard rumors that Mark Mangino was physically unable to wipe is own arse at Kansas. He would get a towel and slide it back and forth until he was satisfied and leave it for an intern to get rid of.
